The SlideMaxx™ bracket system is used by Fishing Guides and weekend anglers who demand the BEST and most durable bracket for their i-pilot system.
Below is what some of them have to say about the SlideMaxx™ bracket system.
Below is what some of them have to say about the SlideMaxx™ bracket system.
"The folks at SlideMaxx were more than helpful in making sure their bracket system was right for my Riptide i-pilot on my Skeeter Center Console. For the last year I have rubbed my trolling motor on my trailer roller. About 6 months ago I broke off the two plastic extenders because of how far the unit has to mount on the bow of my boat. I contacted SlideMaxx and found out it would totally fix this problem. I was talked through installation and all my phone calls were answered. Service was better than average. Now, I can pull back my trolling motor 7" and don't have to worry about it hitting the roller on my trailer! "

"My riptide 101 I-pilot was originally mounted on my New Sea Fox with the manufacturer's plastic quick release bracket. The front of the trolling motor hit the roller as its sliding off the trailer .. The steeper the ramp the worse the problem. To be able to easily slide it back with your mounting system and keep it from banging on the trailer roller is awesome . Thanks to you the problem solved.
I have completely discarded the Minn kota Quick Release mount that was there on the boat as it is no longer needed. I never thought about the guys that keep a boat slip. This is a great solution for them as well. Keeping the motor back over the boat so it does not bang against the dock. Having the ability to be able to quickly remove it from the boat for storage or repairs as needed is a MUST for me !
Thanks for the Solution ! It’s Awesome ! It works Great !"

"I can honestly say that it is an overdue for a recommendation to Philip and his “SlideMaxx”.
A while back, I inquired about the Terrova fix. A sliding mount I have read about on a local fishing forum.
Promptly he replied and on the same day, he brought one over to my place to show me.
After some pre-fitting, I couldn’t decide to whether it’d work out for me the way I wanted. To be fair, it wasn’t his product that I had an issue with. It was my Terrova that wasn’t ready to be mounted and have an accurate assessment of how it will look and function once installed. I bought a 101 60” shaft iPilot that had to be trimmed to the regular 45”. Besides, I was in the process of carpeting the whole boat, and it was nowhere near completed. Philip took that time to explain how it would/might be an issue with the boat cover as well as while in tow. Twisted and turned the plate of the mount, I still wasn’t comfortable with the angle.
I thanked Philip for his trip and apologized for not knowing right off whether the Slidemaxx is for me until the trolling motor is cut to its proper length shaft for my boat. Gracefully, Philip didn’t show a sign of disappointment, instead, he insisted that I keep the SlideMaxx until I can decide. Not only he took the time to drive to me, he didn’t make the sale. Now, he would leave what he came to sell for me to decide as I please.
2wks had passed (we touched base and updated a couple of times). Finally, I called Philip back to install. Let just say that I was super pleased of how he did everything from A thru Z on the installment. I was also very impressed that I took the time to shim up one side (gunwale on my boat isn’t level; it is beveled about 3-5 degree outward). After so many stainless steel washers to level the TM, Philip ran out of washers, yet he took off to a Home Depot nearby to obtain more washers and came back to finish the job right.
In the end, I had the perfect installment of the SlideMaxx. This product is not only so functional and well made, it is very presentable. It actually would enhance the look of any boat. On top of a good product, the services that Philip has shown are EXCELLENT! Kudos and major kudos to Philip and his dedication to help produce/install the SlideMaxx!!!
Thanks again Philip for everything….I’d be proud to vouch for the SlideMaxx and the person behind it!"
